By default, your academic advisor is the Graduate Coordinator in Economics.

The Graduate Coordinator handles all program- and GA-related matters, including approving courses, certifying the completion of conditions and provisions of admission, and signing all paperwork.
Talk to the Graduate Coordinator before submitting any forms in the Graduate Rebel Gateway or when registering for elective courses, particularly outside of Economics.
Students may book an optional pre-fall-semester planning meeting with the Graduate Coordinator during the following dates: August 7 and August 10 (before the semester begins) or August 24-25, 2026 (during the first two days of classes).
